About me
I’m a London-based Lead Designer with over 9 years of experience in Product and UX, and 10 years across digital, brand, and industrial design. I’ve led cross-functional teams at start-ups, agencies and corporates, collaborating with stakeholders across six continents to deliver products with lasting impact.
Impact-driven, insight-led
I design with impact in mind, always questioning the value and outcomes of every initiative. Across my career I’ve introduced new ways of working, and led high-impact initiatives that became core to the business.
I rely on insights and data to inform decisions—whether that’s guerrilla testing with WeWork users (for free pizza), partnering with research teams, or managing £100k+ projects with external agencies. I love analysing behavioural data, running multi-variant tests and using tools like Contentsquare and Hotjar to uncover opportunities that drive product and business growth.
Understand and value brand
I’m a big advocate for the importance of softer measures such as brand, art direction, strong UI and ‘delight’ and lead on two rebrands while at Babylon Health.
Strong communication and presentation
I thrive in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with stakeholders and clients, to drive business and user impact.
Presentation and communication are essential skills that I’ve worked hard to develop. I regularly present to teams, stakeholders, and audiences of over 100 people, sharing my strategies, insights, designs, and outcomes.
I love side projects
I’ve always been entrepreneurial, founding ventures like WB Magazine, a print publication featuring writers from The Guardian, Courier, and Dazed; Kumutu, an adventure sports aggregator; Jamborees, a series of live music nights and Southwold Cycle Hire, a coastal cycle hire business.
